10th November 1811: Frame-breaking at Kimberley

The same night of the attack at Bulwell, another group attacked frames in the village of Kimberley. The hosier there had been using 'colts' (un-apprenticed labour) and the forfeit for this grievance meant that between 8 and 10 frames were destroyed¹.

More significantly, simultaneous attacks had taken place in 2 different locations, which would often be a feature of the coming weeks.
