Joseph Peck was committed to Nottingham Gaol for the next Assizes, accused of broken one of Francis Betts' Frames at Sutton-in-Ashfield on 13th November.
As recorded in the Nottingham Journal 28th December 1811. The date given for the frame-breaking in the paper is the 15th November, but this would appear to be a mistake.
