On Monday 5th October 1812, two more men were committed to York Castle by Joseph Radcliffe.
Benjamin Siswick, a labourer formerly of Horbury was charged with being involved in the burglaries of the Horbury gang.
Cornelius Hobson, a clothdresser from Netherthong, was charged with administering an illegal oath to Robert Harling, also of Netherthong, in April 1812.
